Built in the “Modern Queenslander Style” , this
large (55sq) luxury home is set in 33 acres
of private gardens, lawns and rainforest. It
features a stunning freeform pool that
appears to "float" out into the Coral Sea.
The home was designed by leading tropical home designer Tony Lawson.
Tony designs "for the tropics" and the relaxed indoor/outdoor style of living that is so suited to the climate.
With Cottonwood, Tony has excelled, there is a sense of casual elegance, a feeling of space and light that engenders a real sense of wellbeing. Indeed many people comment that it “feels good” to be there.
 One of the key features of the home is a sliding “glass wall” 2.5 metres high and almost 8 metres wide in the living area, this opens to reveal an uninterrupted panoramic ocean view from inside.
The master bedroom also features sliding glass walls. The ensuite has a spa whilst the main bathroom features a natural river pebble floor in the huge shower.
There is also a surreal private outdoor “rainforest shower” complete with a stunning ocean view. Having a shower will never be the same again! There are two further large bedrooms in the main house.
The
kitchen is in high gloss white, with luxury
European appliances and priceless reclaimed
solid Queensland Maple bench tops and leads to an outdoor pavilion dining and
entertainment area overlooking the pool.
Floors are honey
coloured polished bamboo which
highlights the "tropical white"
paintwork throughout.

TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of the
holiday letting as agreed to by both parties are as follows and
departure from same by you permits the owner to refuse the key,
amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.
The premises are let to you for holiday purposes only for the period
stated on the receipt. No weddings, parties, large gatherings are
allowed without prior consent from the owner.
This is a luxury home designed for
adults, we're happy to
accommodate babies or children over 12 years
but we require that children aged from 1 to 11 years be
supervised at all times.
Premises are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival and are
to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking with the balance
paid in full 30 days prior to arrival and commencement of occupancy
.
10% will be charged initially to hold the booking. The remaining 20%
will only be charged to the credit card provided In the event of a
cancelled booking by you within 30 days of occupancy.
We reserve the right to apply any amount of minimum night stays at
any time..
The number of people occupying the premises is not to exceed the
number of people that beds are provided for.
In the event of a cancelled booking by you, (for the whole time or
any part thereof ) the deposit is not refundable unless the property
is rebooked for the entire period, and if successful an
administration fee of $50 will be charged. Should you advise us that
you wish to shorten your stay on, before, or after your arrival,
full payment on arrival is still required until we can rebook that
time. Any monies will then be refunded. We strongly recommend you
take out travel insurance.
With telephone, internet and postal bookings, the description of the
premises is made in good faith but no responsibility for mis-description
can be accepted.
The booking is made in good faith but may be subject to change in
relation to the property being sold or otherwise unavailable prior to
the commencement of the booking.
In the event that any appliance breaks down every reasonable
endeavour will be made to repair, or replace an alternative. The
owner accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience. Mission Beach
has limited access to tradespersons and your patience is sought
should this occur.
Breakages and losses to the property are to be reported to the owner
and paid for immediately. No responsibility is taken for guests
personal property left on the premises.
All bed and bathroom linen are provided but guests should bring
their own beach towels. If guests require a change of linen or
periodic cleaning during their stay an extra charge will apply.
Pets are not allowed on or about the premises.
No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a
nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. The owner reserves the right to apply
a bond on holiday premises if considered necessary. Should the
property not be left in a clean and tidy state, any cleaning costs
above and beyond the normal will be charged to the guest.
THE DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
